Carvel - Staten Island

Astonishing ice-cream, but you know that, only a maniac doesn't like a carvel ice-cream.

I am 7 months pregnant and have gone to this location almost nightly around 930/945 for a milkshake through my entire pregnancy. Tonight a new staff member told my husband that she would not turn the machine back on to make a shake because it was 30 mins to close. This is the first time I’ve heard this in the whole 7 months we’ve been going in. I spend over $5 for a shake here daily and cannot believe this is how you treat customers. Instead I went around the block to Baskin Robins who had no problem doing their job.

Went for a birthday cake prices are high. Guess everyone is trying to recoup losses from the last two COVID years.

I give this spot an absolute 5 stars! Only because of their STAR employee Timothy. Whenever I bring my kids there, they always leave with the biggest smile on their faces.

Always great, freshly made Ice cream, and the counter, place is clean!
