I had a great experience at this Wendy's! Usually there's a corporate seriousness feel to big chain franchises, however this one was so chill. I loved it. Service was quick, staff were friendly. Thanks!
The past two times we have been to this Wendy's they have gotten our order wrong and when asked for new items (honey mustard on sandwich when asked for without) or the items that were missing they rolled their eyes and gave attitude. Honestly the servicewould have been 2 stars but a nice young man came up to our table and asked if we needed anything. When the store first openedthey were amazing but lately service has been lacking.
Bridgett was legit with her customer service skills. Definitely will be back because of it.
