Sam's Pizza Subs - Stafford

I don't think you can beat Sams for his value and his costs. The food is great and there is a lot to eat!

I have to eat here every time I come here. Steak and cheese are amazing and must have. You can't do anything wrong.

The grilled chicken Caesar salad is very tasteful, the chicken is well marinated and seasoned. The pizzas are always consistent and taste good, not too saucy, with a good selection of punches. The steak and the cheese sub is a delicious option with good taste that other local restaurants cannot match. Good service and accommodating staff, only two single bathrooms that can be unpleasant, interior decoration is dated but clean with decent dining room. 8.5/10

We have been getting takeout and dining in at this Sam's location since 2003. The quality of the food has dropped significantly and the cost to eat here has increased dramatically over the past two years. The takeout menus are no longer valid for pricing (per the restaurant staff) and the website pricing is hit/miss on accuracy. The receipt you receive doesn't even breakout the items you purchased. Be very careful when purchasing food here. Order for carryout was a Gyro lunch special and pepper steak cheese sub lunch special. Both come with fries and 12 oz soda. The Gyro was very good. The steak cheese meat was very tough and had bits of griddle. Not worth $20+. The counter staff were attentive. Order was correct. The entrance is dated but clean. *Note this review was completed without using ridiculous undiscriptive terms like OMG, awesome, yummy, delish, to die for, do yourself a favor, trust me, etc.. Describe the food, service (or lack of) and provide details on the cost/copy of check and include pictures! Is the place clean? No one cares about the waiter/waitress names, their abilities, or if they look like they fell face first into a tackle box. They get changed like underwear and you don't get to pick one. No we don't care about your allergies or the need for gluten free food.
