Swiss Chalet Rotisserie & Grill

I was relieved that they were open on Labor Day. It was a welcome respite to sit down and enjoy a meal after a long drive to visit my mother in the ICU. Despite there being only one server, he was kind and efficient in serving the many customers. The food was top-notch and arrived quickly.

We ordered 3 quarter chickens with fries to go. We got everything we asked for and left. Because it was a beautiful day, my husband found a park near by to eat our dinner. The food was hot as I was taking everything out of the bag. My 11 year old nephew was with us and was in awe with how hot everything still was. Staff was amazing and friendly. Will continue to come to this restaurant.

I don’t usually do reviews. The only time I do is if service is terrible, or if service is outstanding. Today our waiter Demir was probably one of the politest waiters we’ve ever had (and we go to a lot of restaurants). He was super helpful, and very patient and sweet to our three year old son. We were very impressed with our service, and that takes a lot! Swiss chalet is lucky to have him working for them!

Thought I could order something for lunch and this is what I got after paying $35 plus taxes. Is this the quantity you offer customers who trust you? Pathetic service.

I keep hoping they'll improve.Totally understaffed. I waited at the pickup window 6 mins before anyone even greeted me. 4 mins later, after I insisted they refill the TP in the accessible washroom. Then she handed me my order that had been sitting by the window all along.Drive in to Wellington Road in London... it will be better service a d quicker... even with the drive.May I also point out that the Skip guy next to me had been waiting 25 mins for his order.And sitting here in the parking lot they just lost 2 customers as they didn't answer.
