Al's Pizzeria - St. Thomas

So disappointing, called hours before to get it at a certain time due to guests arriving from out of town. Pizza arrived late like 20 minutes also the pizza was not well done and not thin crusted as requested. Also cold and tasted terrible. As a long time client and customer not sure if I will be ordering any time soon .

We have been enjoying Al's specials for the past 3 years. Although we don't order every week or even every month, we have always added an extra topping to the XL Thursday special without any problems until today. When my husband went to order our usual special, he was informed that he would have to pay an extra $10 to add one more topping, even though in the past we only paid a small amount for the additional topping. He was told that he would have to pay full price for a pizza if he still wanted to add the fourth topping. This policy does not make sense to us and has led us to decide to never order from there again.

This is the worst experience I have ever had at a restaurant. I spent $60 on Panzerotti and the owner offered me $5 off my next order. The Panzerotti only had four toppings in total, with just one slice of pepperoni in a large one. This kind of service is why I will never buy local again.

We are super disappointed with Al’s right now. We ordered our pizza almost an hour and a half ago. I called and they told me they didn’t have any drivers so the pizzas haven’t been made yet “I hope that’s okay” is what they told me. I guess we didn’t have a a choice. Another member of our group called back and spoke to a male that basically just fluffed him off and allowed him to just cancel our order. We are an hour and a half in from thinking we were getting pizza and now we are scrambling to pull our own dinner together. We (3 families) are very much not impressed with Al’s pizzeria right now. We have all been very loyal customers and there is a good chance that they have lost our business for the foreseeable future. A curtesy call would have been appreciated, and customer service would have been appreciated when we called twice. The second time we were basically hung up on.

We recently ordered panzerottis from Al's Pizzeria. The panzerottis were huge but a bit thin and light on cheese. The panzerottis could use more toppings and cheese.
