Insomnia Cookies - St. Louis

This was the first experience of my family and I had cookies with insomnia! taryn was fantastic and very helpful, as this was our first time that she went through the ordering process and also let us know what her favorite cookie was! I cannot say enough about their service and taste of cookies! very recommended from my family to them!

Absolutely horrible service. Doesn't answer the phone. Tells customers they are busy and can't deliver their order? We are LITERALLY at a hotel 4 MINUTES AWAY. I ordered over an hour ago and still nothing. Absolutely ridiculous. Now it's way too late to even think about ordering my sons birthday dessert from anywhere else. Do better people, do better.

Taren at Insomnia Cookies on Washington Ave. in St Louis was super friendly, helpful has a great smile! The cookies are warm, tasty hit the spot on a cold Monday night! So glad they are open late for our families Spring Break cookie craving. ??

AMAZING treats with an equally AMAZING woman who assisted my daughters and I during our visit! As it was our first time there, she was nothing but patient and helpful—not to mention her absolutely lovely and pleasant vibe!
