Przekaż informację zwrotnąWent through the drive thru for a drink recently. There was an issue with the debit machine and the barista let us have our drinks for free. The barista kinda gave us a rushed and unhappy vibe, not the end of the world, maybe she was having a bad day. I’ve worked for Starbucks before however and attitude is a big part of the service provided. Drinks were great!
The staff here are just an absolute delight. I visited in the early morning (like 6 am) with my mum and toddler. The staff were kind to him and didn't flinch when we spilled some hot chocolate. I really appreciated their warmth and humor.
I always do drive through, so can't speak to the interior atmosphere, but almost experience I've had here has been fantastic.
Staff is always so friendly, and it is a little but quieter and seems to always be chairs for you to go with a friend
This is for a gentleman that was working the drive-thru window today just before 10am. I ordered breakfast for someone else and my dog's first pupichino. When he handing me the drink, a cold java something, I was distracted by my dog having his first pupichino and BEING DISTRACTED, I grabbed the drink by the lid and squeezed it to grip it. I SQUEEZED the plastic lid of a heavy drink and it fell into my lap and seat. He seemed very sorry but IT WAS MY FAULT. As I waited for it to be remade, thank you, I was cleaning out the drivers side and he came out to see if I was ok. So sweet. Point of this is to let him know that sometimes customers do stupid things. It was not his fault, I was distracted and stupid. The whole team was great this morning. From being asked how I was when I ordered to having everything brought out to me as I cleaned my Jeep. Again, please let him know that he was great and sometimes customers are just stupid. He seemed to feel so bad and all actions that caused the the drink to spilll in my lap were done by me.
