Pizza Hut - St. Catharines

Received my two pizzas intact and were as usual, no problems with them. However, the wings and the cinnamon bun were obviously dropped or tipped over because they were all messed up and the plastic package was squashed and dented. The cinnamon bun was not eatable cause it was all array and squashed. I called and spoke to Sam the store manager and he was kurt and handled this in my opinion poorly and contributed to the store loosing us as a customer. He said that I could drive to the store and get fresh or refund or I could wait one and a half to two hours for replacement. Since I paid for delivery and expected fresh proper food I ow;d have liked a better outcome. Because it has already been one hour and 50 minutes and still no replacement. The manager Sam says its too bad they are busy and thats the way it is. Its a good thing we like Dominos and Pizza Pizza.

Had not been to a Pizza Hut for a long time. Had a lunch break while at a meeting so decided to get a fast lunch. Good service. And the pizza was fine.

The Pizza Hut on Lundy's Lane has great pizza and the servers are especially friendly. We also enjoy the lunch buffet that is offered through the week.

We've ordered delivery from this place several times. It should be pretty quick seeing as we live maybe 10mins away, but no. On a Thursday after noon at 2:30 it took over an hour to deliver a pizza. This has happened to us several times now and when we called to ask about our food (which was supposed to arrive 30mins ago) they are always full of excuses, they never improve and never admit fault. When the delivery guy got here our food was cold because apparently they had to deliver in port dolhousie first and the order wasn't right.I think next time we order from someplace else.

Order a meat lovers on-line and some wings - the pizza was great and added the stuffed crust - awesome idea. The wings were a little on the small side but still very good too
