The Real Canadian Superstore

The prices at this superstore are slightly higher than most ordinary grocery stores. However, they offer some of the best health food options available. Unfortunately, the staff seems to have limited knowledge about the products. I prefer to shop at local markets for smaller items and come here for the larger purchases.

When I do my big grocery shopping, I usually choose this store. They have decent prices on items like chips, drinks, tomatoes, and so on, along with a hit-or-miss selection of products. They carry brands like Peace Cereal, tons of soy ice cream, and have a good health food section. However, it's not always well-organized, and it doesn’t quite compare to stores like Whole Foods or Peanut Mill. Still, it's nice to see a large food chain offering such a variety. Unfortunately, they often struggle when it comes to keeping track of health food items, which can lead to issues at the checkout because it takes a long time to resolve scanning problems. It seems like many of the staff aren’t very knowledgeable about the health food products they carry.

This restaurant offers a classic dining experience along with a variety of natural food aisles. They have gluten-free and vegan options available, including chilled vegan milk alternatives and high-quality tofu. I highly recommend their President's Choice Maple Tempeh—it’s excellent! They also offer a selection of frozen meals, pizzas, and desserts.
