EXPIRED FOOD! EAT FRESH ?? Ordered tuna. Then found out after starting to eat that it was previously frozen and the container it came from had an expiration date of NOVEMBER 2023. It’s May 2024. EAT FRESH??? Nope.
I arrived for a quick lunch at 12:30 PM on a weekday. I was told by the associate that she was the only person working and that she was backed up on online orders and it would be a while before she was able to assist me.
Order two subs with veggie patties online. Got a call from the store that they are out of veggie patties. We didn't want any other replacement. We asked to cancel the order, for which they told they will.Couldn't see the refund even after 2 weeks. Called in again to ask if they really canceled the order or not. Manager asked us to raise a dispute on the Credit card. So ridiculous that we have to do these extra steps to get our money back for the service which was not rendered. Manager didn't seem to be accountable at all. DO NOT ORDER ONLINE AT THIS FRANCHISE. THEY DONT CARE ABOUT YOUR MONEY.
