Glasshouse Kitchen - St. Albert

My best friend hosted her bridal shower here last weekend. It was absolutely beautiful. Dana was so courteous and the service was amazing! I would highly recommend it.

My friends and I had a fantastic afternoon sharing drinks and appetizers at this restaurant. Our server, Georgia, was very attentive and took great care of us. The staff at the reception suggested leaving a review with minimal guidance. It would be convenient if we could leave a review directly on the website, although I'm sure more people will see it here.

We ended up at a cafe because the wait at the restaurant was too long. The cappuccino was good, the cinnamon buns were delicious, and the muffin was also good. However, the feta spinach pastry was not cooked and was raw. When we tried to send it back, the server informed us that it was intentionally served raw in a sashimi style.

As others have experienced, I am here many years ago and was underwhelmed. well, it is in the grunde a completely different restaurant now and it is actually very good. excellent dinner menu, beautiful place, great service and apparently they have trivia at night every Thursday! I enjoyed the broccoli appetizer, as well as the flower cabbage, and the salmon with risotto cake was perfect. the atmosphere is beautiful, as it is a “glass house” and they get a fantastic view of the sunset from every place in the house! definitely recommend! and I think that could treat the larger group well, given the space.

We initially came to Glasshouse with extremely low expectations as we had previously had poor experiences years and years ago. Lol. We have now been twice in two days and all of the food and drinks were amazingly high quality and delicious. Probably the best veggie burger I’ve ever had. Our server, Nour, was attentive and extremely friendly and we also had her both days. Everything was reasonably priced and extremely fresh. We most definitely will be back.
