Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Springfield

This is one of the better Popeyes in my opinion in nova. I was not impressed by the in Twin Brook Rd, but at least this place has a better customer service. I came here twice to get a spicy chicken sandwich for a quick meal after work and they got my order right. I appreciate that people behind the counters are very responsive and a soft personality, but I can see some lack of trust at the same time (which is not a problem for me). I would like to point out that their service is slow if there are only five people in the line and they do not offer napkins, unless you ask them. In addition, I think this is a very average kitchen in Springfield.

Chris Lowe the manager here is good to go. I had a problem with some orders from the app and he was very helpful, even gave me a call back to confirm some other things

15. April 2022. 9:30. There were problems with their mobile app set directly by the administration. Also kudos to attentive staff.

Food is always hot fresh and they have a great staff at this point
