Kfc - Springfield

This kfc is a sweat. the half of the time they are out of the hull, was their ice machine for like a month, and the prices go again and again for smaller and smaller portion sizes. eating is almost always cold and dry. the drive-thru itself is so full of potholes that they are almost impossible to avoid as one is right on the way to the pick-up window. don't waste your time at this place.

I ordered a 16-part chicken flour, I have no biscuits, no coleslaw, my boxes were open and very greasy. I tried to call the load and what they know they don't answer. never. I'm as disappointed as I love kfc.

The food is in the really terrible and cold, but this time it was fresh and hot?.

Customer service is good but the meal I ordered was very dry and not even fresh chicken sandwich, fries, and two sides macaroni and cold slaw I would not recommend this place at all.

If I could of gave them no stars I would have. Went there today 4/18 at 430 pm, when I got home with my order the food was hard and dry, was not a ke to eat it. They gave me 5 biscuits that was less than a half inch high and could not chew ,when tried calling them they never picked up40 rings each time I dialed 26.78 cents waisted. I have never had this bad of a meal. I have managed food 40 years. If my employees sent food out like that I would of fired them.
