For dessert, I had her mascara cheesecake and a vanilla ice shovel, and honestly the cheese cake was not so great. It usually tasted like cream cheese. Service was great, staff was friendly, and food was served quickly and hot.
They are immediately enchanted with a fascinating fire-Illusion decoration. The atmosphere is welcoming and cozy. The bar and open kitchen create an upscale but relaxed environment. Very nice vibes. We sat quickly and quickly visited by a charming server. They were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu. Prices were reasonable considering that it is a higher end steakhouse. We placed our orders a cup of one of the daily soups, a side caesar salad, dry aged ribeye with accompanying sides, sea salmon with accompanying sides, and cream glasses for dessert. We also ordered some wine to couple with the dishes. Let's start with the dessert my personal favorite part of the meal. It was absolutely perfect. Deliciously roasted sugar tip and a velvety vanilla custard underneath. I'd come back alone for the cream brussels. The soup was delicious. A creamy chicken poblano soup I'll think about for weeks and maybe try to find it. The salad was fine, apart from a little bad salad and the dressing was scaryly heavy. The salmon was cooked correctly; glittering on the inside and crisp on the outside. The Risotto paired with him was interesting. A tad gummy, but the salty bacon and the sweet corn filled the rest of the plate. The dry aged ribeye lacked gloss. The whole plate was okay. I was particularly enthusiastic about this court and I was dissapointed. The rib itself was strangely cooked, half medium and half medium rare. The potatoes were boring and flat, the sweet chili style green beans felt out of place. It needed a sauce. The menu online mentioned a wine reduction, but the dish had no. All in all, a beautiful meal with excellent service. I want to come back and try more on the menu.
Let me just start this review by saying, WOW! This was my first time to eat here and I was completely blown away from food and service. The two ladies working today made sure I had everything I needed. So to begin, I went to a little after noon when the restaurant was not busy. I soon learned that the lamb was only served after 4:00. The waitress spoke to the kitchen in my name and could place the lamb as my gut. Red wine: I ordered the oak Trinity Cabernet. This was the cheaper of the red wine, but was good. I'm not a fan of excessively sweet red or too bitter. It sat perfectly on the palate. Pot Stickers: The waitress came out and informed me that I kicked her next time. When I said I thought she was by default, she had her flash kicked for me. They came out perfectly. Not dark or overcooked on a part of the dumplings. Without the sauce, these Pot Stickers are tasteful. They can be eaten sincerely as they are. I ate some of them in this way. Lamb Chops: The lamb dogs were cooked medium to medium size. Served with asparagus and potatoes wedges. They dried what I think was a light cranberry sauce over the Lamb Chops. It was not necessary, but gave a nice contrast to the taste of the Lamb Chops. You definitely did it on my top 10 restaurant for Lamb Chops. The only thing I didn't eat was the hedges, and that's because I usually didn't eat them. Strawberry cheesecake: You can taste the time it takes to clean the cheese cake. My first bite in this thing was shocked by how good it was. I'm a big cheesecake fan and I'm sure I'll come back for one. Just the cheesecake alone. I'm glad I was in the restaurant when I really appreciated the food and service here.
Salmonen Thai tasted amazing!! The whisky burger was delicious. So delicious I was not able to take a picture before my engagement disappeared. We want to take this place to Stl with us! Unbelievable food! They won't be disappointed.
Had the Reuben special. First of all, I've worked along side the kitchen staff for a couple of days prior to dining, they're good folks! I witnessed wholesome conversations when time permitted, genuinely kind staff who were always willing to help, or answer questions as needed, it was a fun and peaceful environment. I was so impressed I chose to dine on my dime, and was rewarded with exceptional service, very good presentation, great tasting quality food, competitively priced, in a very nice atmosphere. I've added them to my favorites list!
