Blondie's Diner - Springdale

Seriously underestimated. when they sit on the veranda, they get the best of their life. our eating was delicious (bacon elch burger and truthahn club.) friends were incredible, service was fast (assembly food.) the prices were favorable when considering that you are quite a lot in zion park. I will say that if it is busy, then it will probably wait a long time, but it is a sweet little caffe and that is the price they pay.

Eat here! Great food with lots of flavor. Blondies takes your favorite comfort food and adds tasty flare. Brisket grilled cheese with tomato marmalade! Delight. Biscuits in gravy that would make my southern momma tear up.

I ordered the elk burger with fries. The fries were plain so I added some salt to it. The burger was good, but not great. The service is great. The food is good. They have some good options. I almost ordered the trout. They also have fish and chips on the menu and steak. Good American food especially if you're hungry. I went here with a school group a few years ago.

BEST breakfast in town. We are from the south, and a good hearty breakfast to get the day started is important to us. Especially when we are going to spend the day hiking.

This was a quaint diner. Nothing fancy but reasonably priced. Good, quick Breakfast. Good Service. No complaints.
