Bites Bowls - Springdale

Food was good but very limited menu. Was looking for a more traditional breakfast with a sizeable side of fruit and a glass of ice tea. Nothing like that on the menu. Wasn't greeted when I came in sort of had to figure out on my own that you order at the counter. Was the only customer there at about 8:15 on a Wednesday morning. But the Summer Love yogurt dish was good. The fruit seemed very fresh

Love love this place. My first time there and the people working there are so friendly. I had a savory waffle made out of hash browns, egg, veggies, with a delicious creamy verde sauce and a avacados on top. Also had a sweet waffle with cinnamon, bananas, caramel sauce and some kind of magic goat cheese butter. Then we browsed the adjoining bookstore!!Dietary restrictions: They accommodated my needs like no dairy, no meat, etc

I am never disappointed with the quality of their products. Although, I do wish if they advertised breakfast food and show store hours of opening at 8:00AM, they should open at 8:00. My husband went to pick up my food at 8:00 three days in a row and they didn’t arrive by 8:00 or even say she would serve him. Wow.They are quick once they finally get going and have just what I like! ?I do not feel sluggish throughout the day or guilty for eating out when I go here. It’s a win-win. I help a small business and they help me accomplish my health goals.Everything I have seen is aesthetically appealing. I could literally drink the green salad dressing and the avocados taste just like the ones I had in Mexico right off the tree. ? ?Vegan friendlyRaw food friendlySandwich friendlySmoothie friendlyBaby kid friendlyJust friendly in general!My to go salad does not serve them justice. I had never heard of this place and was blown away. We split one savory and one sweet waffle, and it was SO good. Do yourself a favor and give them a shot. Really friendly, very filling, VERY delicious!
