The customer service was awful at that location, the workers are rude and snappy and acts if they want to be there. I ask one worker for her name because I was going to submit a complaint for her rudeness and she said she didn’t have to give her name. I spoke to the manager Victoria who was also rude and she said that the other worker didn’t have to give her name because she is a minor. Also I had 4 mobile orders they said I could only do 2 mobile orders per car, there were no lines an only two cars in the drive through and they said I had to drive back around and get in line as they laughed, if that is the rule it needs to be posted at the establishment and also online, but honestly I just think they were being discriminatory.
At this very moment I am sick as a dog! I ordered the Mc Double around 7pm tonight and soon as I took the last bite, I had unbearable stomach pains... you know the rest! Food poisoning! Not happy!
There was a sand storm when I was here. So it looked like some sort of Mad Max movie outside. The crew is nice enough to help customers who struggle with the kiosk. Food tastes as it should be. The equipment seem to be set correctly. But, the Fanta drink I got was popular so they kinda ran out of the syrup at the time. Should have ordered something else. Fries are made fresh and since it's busy, everything is fresh.
Mcdoubles and some McDonald's fries,. mmm-mmm good!!!
