Susie's - Spring Hill

My husband and I went there for the first time today and I must say I was very impressed. The food was fresh, hot, and very homemade tasting. The potato salad and gyro was flipping Amazing and hubby loved the open faced roast beef and mash. I love supporting small businesses so we will definitely be back.

The food was really good and they have plenty to choose from. Breakfast, lunch and dinner at affordable prices. This place is more than a 'grill '. It 's a good old home cooked meal with friends! Constructive criticism: That being said, I have a few recommendations. They do have an overhead PA system, so some kind of background music would be nice. I understand a lot of the staff is new, so training on courtesy and professionalism may be needed. Return to the tables to check on the guests and keep them informed on the status of the food. The bus boy was walking around looking for things to do. He should be trained to refill guests drinks as we waited several minutes for our refills. Could be a 5 star restaurant with some minor touches.

Delicious food for breakfast and dinner. One of the best establishments in Spring Hill. Phenomenal kitchen/chef and kind staff. Can’t praise enough!
