Starbucks - Spring Hill

Do not have my favorite muffin, and do not even have internet for my laptop, at least personal was cool

I really enjoy this place as I go here almost every day. The past two days they’ve given me my iced drink in the cups for hot drinks (if they’re short on plastic cups, completely understandable) but the drink seeps through those cups pretty quick causing them to get soft and you’re not able to get a good grip on the cup. Just curious about that. Also, the grilled chicken and hummus protein box I got today had mold on the veggies.

Went through the drive thru Sunday the 19th ordered my drink, had the gentleman at the window (whom was mixed and had a very feminine tone in his voice scan my rewards card and then paid with cash (which was $6.59 btw he even asked if it was exact I didn’t notice until the next day when I ordered and got my app ready for rewards points that 150 of my stars had been removed and was used the previous day. I was confused and just thought it was a technical error so I called the store and told the gentleman my issue. He told me to call a 1-800 number to speak to a customer representative (which I did he also told me they ASK the customer if they’d like to use the rewards (which I was never asked. The lovely lady that worked for customer services pulled up my account and noticed that my 150 stars had indeed been used and there was never a transaction done. I don’t want to accuse anyone of stealing money especially if it’s $6 but to do that and take my stars isn’t cool. Make sure to ALWAYS get your receipts!! I love this Starbucks and I’ll continue to order here, unfortunately I won’t give them my business if he’s handling any of my cash again.

First, never go inside- the drive thru is quicker (I think intentionally)...or better yet, save yourself the time and go to the Starbucks in Target which is only a block away.

Not trying to be rude but this is the worst coffee I’ve ever gotten from a starbucks and I go to a location like four times a week. i tried this location because it was close but never again. tastes like straight old water lol not trying to be mean tho maybe it was just not their day. also the coffee was spilled all over my cup and they don’t have the christmas ones which is sad
