Coffee Masters - Spring Grove

If I could give 0 star I would but 1 star is the lowest. I purchased this 3 pack and the Mocha is the worst coffee I have ever had in my life. This was worse than the old coffee served in the military, this is worse than field coffee, this was worse than instant coffee. I once was off work on ship for 3 weeks and coffee was left in the urn on the burner over Christmas and I drank the 3 week old coffee and it was better than this. It made my mouth sad. I added cream and sugar and could not choke it down. Do not buy anything from this business.

Easily the best coffee ever drank. Highly recommend mixing breakfast blend and caramel kiss or salted caramel.

I really enjoyed my visit, However due to one employee I don’t think I’ll ever go back there again. I think someone else called her Jill or something? But she was incredibly rude! Not only would she not make eye contact while ordering (too busy on her phone) but when I asked a question where the bathrooms were she told me “someone else can tell you” and walked away. Unbelievable! I was beyond shocked by the way this girl treated my husband and i.

From the customer service to the great tasting coffee I would give this company 10 stars if I could. Angela is top notch when it comes to customers needs. Quick to reply on emails, friendly and knowledgeable. The coffee is superb! Huge selection of flavored coffee, blends and single origin. Roasted in small batches to ensure freshness. Highly recommend this coffee for your business needs.
