Horrific customer service, now I understand why there were no cars in the drive thru. If a customer has an issue, don't make it worse by calling them honey in a condescending tone while rolling your eyes. Went over to Wake Up Call with no issues. Thomas Hamner company, you think you're greater than you are, you need to be humbled a little.
