Extremely slow!!! They have 6 people standing around. 10 minutes later I got my sandwich

We came to pick up 4 sandwiches and they said it would take 35-40 minutes. So much for freaky fast

I ordered a sandwich for delivery about 1:00pm, I intentionally waited thinking lunch rush would be over. My order was made and out for delivery within just a few minutes however the delivery driver took an hour to get here. I asked the kid what took so long and he told me he had to go 5 miles out of town for his last delivery, and technically his shift ended 20 minutes before he arrived at my location. Maybe we need to shrink the delivery area during our summer season? The soda was watered down since all the ice had melted. Thankful I received my order, but this wasn't my first poor delivery experience.

Second time we have went through theDrive-through and haven’t gotten what we have ordered and paid for. Call the store and they said they would send out a gift card and never followed through. Today the employees where to busy screwing around to pay attention to customers and then got an attitude from the so called manager when we called back into to complain about not getting our what we ordered and paid for.

So disappointed. I love JJ, but twice now I have waited 50 minutes for a sandwhich delivery. Today I ordered my sandwhich with oil and vinegar and there was so much that the entire bread was soggy. There is no way someone could have eaten it. I won't be ordering from this location any more.
