Arby's - Spirit Lake

I have been to this restaurant twice and will not be returning. The food was incorrect this last time and the service was slow. We waited 30 minutes after arriving and had to ask for someone to take our order. They brought us a shake first, then a child's meal, and then finally our whole order. I ordered a new burger but saw how poorly it was put together, so I asked for wing nuggets instead. The server asked if we wanted ranch dressing, and I said no, but he kept coming back to ask 4 more times.

Waited 15 minutes for a single order of 9-piece chicken nuggets. They were not fresh and did not meet expectations. This restaurant should strive to improve in order to compete with McDonald's.

I tried the speck jalapeño wrap and it was delicious! The flavors were beautiful and the spice level was just right.

This is on my fish sandwich yesterday. It’s good that you guys have deals like this especially in this kind of economy right now. But I just don’t understand why food should look like this. I never complain about food at all or any dining place, restaurants or food establishments, but to see how disgusting it is when you paid for it is just another thing I can’t tolerate. I hope you guys inspect your condiments and whatnot. Just coming from a very unhappy customer.
