Very poor customer service and rude employees lately. Make sure to inspect your pickup order before you leave. If they have left anything out of your bag they will pretend it didn't happen

Completely oily wings! There was a pool of oil underneath the wings! Also these people had no gloves on at all and were touching on the food! WE'RE STILL IN A PANDEMIC!

It took an hour to get my order, in which the fry?s were cold and soggy. Not a good idea to order on line and pay in advance before receiving the food.

I never seen such bad reviews in my life that are consistent 1 star as a local guide I would advise steering clear of this business until they get their act together...

DONT SUPPORT THIS FRANCHISE If you like to get what you paid for! We placed a Pick-Up order waited over an hour for our food which wasn?t the issue. Got home and order was completely wrong! Plus they didn?t include ANY of the sauces that were paid for ! We have happily supported this business for MANY BIG lunches for our employees but after many chances hopeful they would work out the issues they have lost our business indefinitely! It?s not something complex to get our order right! Called and was treated very rudely By Josh told me he would have his ?manger? call me back. It wasn?t the ?Manger? who called. Maria the ?manager? obviously doesn?t value her customers enough to apologize and FIX the problems just ending up throwing this cold food out. They won?t last long in Spanish Springs especially with an incompetent ?manger? like Maria!
