The first girl we spoke to was very nice, but the cashier never said a word to us or asked if we wanted a drink. They ignored us when we asked for extra sauce and didn't seem to care when we wanted to add another item. I am only giving three stars because the food was good. They also should not mop the floors near the kitchen while they are open, so maybe only 2 stars are deserved.
The food was good and honestly better than other Pand Express's in the area. The woman working the register, however, wasn't super nice or helpful. Other people were in line and altho she looked at me (I waited near the register on the side, I had an online order) she continued to help everyone else but me. I had to get her attention to stop what she's doing so I can get my order. If I didn't order a drink I would of grabbed my stuff and walked out but I had no choice but to wait. She shot me a dirty look and seemed annoyed with me. It's okay, ill go back but next time don't bother with a drink if I order online. The building itself is nice and roomy and very clean. Overall a great experience minus that miserable worker
Came to grab a quick bite to go and they were out of almost everything and it was total chaos. Even the drink dispenser was only dispensing soda water. Definitely need a manager who can manage this place.
ALWAYS out of brown rice. When I visited last, they had no chow mein made, no fried rice, no brown rice, and they were out of or waiting for about 30% of all the entrées. The restroom was out of paper towels and pretty dirty. This seems to be the worst of the Panda's in town but I've seen these same problems at many of the other Panda's in town too. Find somewhere else to eat unless you're dead set on Panda. Also, 3 separate people from different parties took food back at almost the same time with hair in them.
Completely disappointed in how my visit went today. Entered the store at 6:05 PM and ultimately did not leave the store till 6:56 PM. I only ordered 2 plates and a kids meal. I was told it would be a 3-5 minute wait for the teriyaki chicken and fresh chow mein... great. Happy to wait. However, I was not prepared to watch countless people receive their food who ordered after me, and countless people who ordered online and through door dash get their food promptly. The staff got so behind because they just kept taking more orders instead of taking care of the people who are standing there waiting in store. After multiple staff members asking me my name and what I was waiting for.. and no employee following through with figuring out where it was... the manager even asked me. Time keeps passing so I finally asked the gentleman for a refund so I could leave. I get told they couldn't find my food boxes, probably because it got lost in chaos. I was told it would be right up, didn't follow through with the refund because I ultimately got my food. Got home my food is cold. My cub meal was missing the rice. I was patient and kind, this treatment is just unacceptable. Beyond disappointed and will most likely take my business elsewhere.
