Marco's Pizza - Spanish Fort

The ordering process was smooth, and the staff were friendly. The delivery arrived right on time, just as promised. The pizza and wings we ordered came hot and incredibly fresh! Everything was exactly as we requested, and the food was delicious. While the wings are a bit pricey, they were still worth it. I had a fantastic experience and will definitely be ordering again!

The general manager clearly needs to work on his anger management, and I can't understand why he's losing half of his staff. I've noticed that none of the employees wash their hands after handling food or touching supplies. It's concerning, especially since they seem to be working with greasy items. Overall, the cleanliness and hygiene practices here are quite worrisome.

Absolutely ridiculous. I ordered carryout online. Showed up 20 minutes later when it told me to and my food wasn't even in the oven yet. They weren't busy, there wasn't any food in the oven ahead of my orders. They just waited 20 minutes to start my order. So I'm waiting with my kids and then when my pizzas are done I see the employee behind the counter try to give my order to someone else! I'd just talked to her 10 minutes earlier! Then I get my food and they made the pizzas wrong! I tell her I don't have time to wait for them to remake my order and to just give me my money back and she says she can't because I ordered online. I get that times are tough right now, but if you can't have one competent person on shift making sure your people know how to make food and process orders then just close the store.

Manager was a credit to his store. The way service used to be. Well done.
