I know its kinda late. 10 pm but my goodness you dont close until midnight. I ordered 2 whopper with cheese combos with onion rings. They both were cold. The meat was dry and burnt around the edges. Salty. I usually enjoy BK but not tonight. I took 2 bites just to have something on my stomach. Very disappointed. This was BK in Southside Al. Food: 1 Service: 3 Atmosphere: 3

Drive through worker had issues getting our order down at the box, parked to wait for our order which wasn't correct. We had to turn back into the drive through because the actual building was closed to customers. It took close to 20 minutes to get back to the window and get it fixed. Did give us extra food though, but was cold by the time we got home. Service: 1

Was gonna be dine in but lobby was closed. 2:40 pm Service: Dine in

This is absolutely the worst Burger King I've ever ate at and I've given it many tries since moving here in May. Order is never right! No, not even once. Food is not fresh but when we get there to pick up our mobile order they tell us it's not ready?? I live 45 secs away and leave my home as soon as I place the order. Workers are unprofessional and have no customer service skills whatsoever. As much as I pay for a meal it should be fresh and made to order.
