This is the 4th time the doors have been locked and service not provided long before closing time.Some of the employees are very rude and disrespectful, and they appear to despise you for even being there.I will not be frequenting this Dunkin anymore. Starbucks, here I come. Their coffee might suck, but at least their employees aren’t rude and lazy.
2nd time here in last 2yrs. The 1st time my coffee was horrible and the lady refused to make a different one. I never wanted to return. Today I thought why not give them another try, I'm in the area. So to avoid a repeat of the 1st time, I ordered my iced Macchiato with an extra shot of espresso. Well, I got my $7.53 Iced Macchiato to only be disappointed again.(and why does this location charge $1 more? Looks like they left an inch of space to accommodate my extra shot of espresso but clearly forgot to add it. Got another horrible drink. Smh....I really don't understand the process. I can visit 4 Dunkins in one day and none of the coffees taste the same. You can clearly look at the color and tell if there is an added shot of espresso. It's not like I'm trying to order some crazy custom drink. So lesson learned....avoid this location.

As a former dunkin staff I have never seen so bad customer service as I ordered a strawberry energy stamp with 10 pumps strawberry and when I arrived at the window to receive and pay my order, I noticed that they only used half the monster can and the other half of the monsters it was to drink it on a monster basis that I had not been able to drink it on a day, that it was nothing but earthly I have tried to call and never get an answer
I've never been in a dd and I had my children with me. the staff was patient and friendly. the customer service exceeded expectations.
