Outback Steakhouse - Southfield

Menu prices did not correspond to what I was charged. manager said that the system was updated, but they don't have any new menus yet. I still feel like what was printed should have been honored. my waitress was really nice. the food was decent overall. a new app steak dimmer was not good. all decent visit. food: 3/5

The grilled salmon bell I got was pretty good. as they have packed the sides separately. but, in sharp contrast, friend burger was a catastrophe. first they somehow threw in the entrance with the burger, so if we opened the container, the acknowledgement is simply on the cheese. we also paid extra speck and cherry, but they both forgot. everything we got was a well made/receiver flavored burger (if we had asked for medium). it was undoubtedly a horribly prepared Burger order. my suggestion is to make sure you eat right before the descent looks.

Service at this place just SUCKS! Plain and simple. This rating took a long time for me to post because I understand that every establishments has some bad days but having service that SUCKS must be the motto for this place. When you order take out they give you a time that your order will be ready and I dont mind if its an extra 5 or 10 minutes after but the last 5 times that I've ordered here I sit waiting for 50 minutes to an hour OVER the time given for pick. I'm sorry but I can get better service at another Outback thats further out or ill go to LONGHORNS. Now I will go attempt to eat this warm salad and these cold wings! WON'T BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION.

They didn't get my order correct, the steak was awesome, however, they put in two salads but I order coconut shrimp added to my order and the sweet potato was without butter, sugar cinnamon. Better luck next time. Word- check your order...

OK I had a not so good experience a couple years ago which kept me away but I'm glad I returned to see if things were better and I must say from the greeter to the waiter to the exit was all good. My coffee was cold and I asked the waiter to just zap it but he made a fresh pot although my order was wrong once i brought it to his attention he corrected the issue immediately so over all my wife and I experience a good one, to the young man that waited on us good job deontae .
