Pizza Hut - Southend-on-Sea

Recently a zöliakie was diagnosed and I have been using an extract that is gluten-free, but found that pizza hat cats. certainly, before this order I have just ordered willingly without going into the shops and paid 17.99 for a medium pizza. that's not to blame, but mine, the shipper told me that next time I crack, they could try to sort a deal like that. I just managed to get the same size pizza and some wings for £15! the chap was very helpful and quick to arrange an order to my needs. very much appreciated

It was okay. Small shop, good service. Disappointed that there are only 3 crust options. I wanted Italian, but they didn't do it: I ordered another pizza because I was hungry and it was still nice. I love the tears and share here!! Would recommend it!

Whata terrible service. I have an exemption of a face mask and did not have a card with me (which I do not need to carry by law) I was refused service unless I put a mask on which affects my health. The manager seems to think it's okay to discriminate against me because of that. What a joke. I will tell everyone I know to not shop here in the future.

We have never had a bad service in the many years we have been using pizza hut 2-3 times a week. Last night our order was wrong, burnt and cold. It was inedible and it went in the bin. Mya autistic son was distraught. He loves his no sauce cheese pizza. We are gutted because we probably will look for another pizza takeaway. Whoever works in the shop on Monday nights needs cooking lessons and the delivery driver needs some manners. He literally threw the food at my son. £20 down the drain. When you spend like £100 on pizzas every 10 days, you expect it to be edible.
