Dolphin Fish Chips - Southend-on-Sea

The fish at this restaurant was excellent- fresh, tasty, and a generous portion. I highly recommend it, you won't be disappointed, trust me.

The food at this restaurant was incredible. We tried the cheesy garlic bread pizza, kebab, and fish and chips. The haddock and chips were among the best and largest I've had in a while. The prices were reasonable and everything was cooked fresh. I highly recommend stopping by this place!

I placed a basic takeout order tonight and encountered no issues during the process. However, the delivery was 45 minutes late with no communication from the restaurant. To add to the disappointment, the food arrived completely cold. It will take some great reviews in the future to convince me to place another order. Overall, very disappointed with this experience.

Defo will not be ordering from here again advertise fish and chips online but you just get fish and to be honest hygiene ratiny 3 out of 5 not good

So firstly I order they take payment and they call me back 10 mins to say they don’t cover our area for delivery I explained now the payment has been taken we would like it delivered as funds take 3-5 days to clear back in account so after a bit of an issue they agree to deliver which arrived over an hour later the wrong kebabs were delivered I then was told that I had ordered wrong when it was made perfectly clear ! After getting 3/4 of the way through my kebab my partner noticed that the chicken was still raw inside ! I am 9 months pregnant so shouldn’t be eating anything undercooked in the slightest I called them asking for my money back and cooked food which they wouldn’t send and put the phone down on me DO NOT EAT HERE
