Cicis Pizza - Southaven

I wish I could give 0 stars. I was there to pick up a door dash order, it wasn't ready, after being there for 20-35 minutes. They had no bags. Then they didn't have any boneless wings, but instead of letting me know so that I could let my door dash customer know, they instead took it upon themselves to make my customer wings with bones in them. So when I made it to my customer's home they were upset about the wing situation, because she said that she would have gotten a refund because she didn't want the wings with bones. Very poor customer service

Tables weren't cleaned. Food smeared on the walls. Food and dirt all over the floors. Good pizza but definitely not a place to dine n.

Where do I even begin. The customer service was horrible. They have 2 bus boys 1 that worked and one that walked around the entire time. The place is filthy. And I do mean filthy! The utensils are not being cleaned periodically the buffet was a mess. They were not keeping the buffet very well stocked and not using gloves!

I'm just confused on why every other pizza place gives you a free sauce when you order certain bread stick items. Not Cicis they just force you to pay a dollar and then don't even give you enough to actually use.

First time I've had Cici's in years, and I was so disappointed. The pizza was fine, but the choices that I remember was not there. I mean it was in my early teens last time I went, I'm in my 30's now. But it was disappointing to show my kids it was just another pizza place. I miss the Mac and cheese pizza. They didn't even have that!
