Papa Gino's - South Yarmouth

Get out of the South Yarmouth location! They took my free birthday pizza to another level with this kind of gesture. Thank you for letting me smile on a rainy Monday afternoon!!

I would be ordered before the phone, the call directly from the Google Info page on the restaurant in South Yarmouth. Due to some glitter, the order was taken from another branch of the franchise, although I never know which. I came shortly before the conclusion to pick up my order, only two find out that no order had been placed under my name or any name for this matter. The girl was nice enough to sympathize with my plate... But the restaurant is closed in 6 minutes it was too late to have prepared my order in the store. In my customer service experience, I think it would have been appropriate to throw immediately in two pizzas and stay open 10 minutes for customer satisfaction. I was informed in the ovens that it was already shut down so that it is not possible that it could help me. (Well, not in a way she was ready anyway) I was not very satisfied with this kind of casual disregard that my dinner had basically been ruined as there were no branches that would be late enough open to help me. A bright side of this situation was a big cheese pizza that was extra for a reason or another one was offered to me without a fee, so at least I did not go home empty handed. She warned me that it was about half an hour old and apologised, but any pizza that is free is entitled not to be perfect! I always learned to double check what place I'm talking about for the next time!!

We ordered 20 pizzas on the commemorative day weekend and paid before the time. Pizzas were ready for pick-up time at 6:00 and the staff was very friendly.

On holiday and visit of Pennsylvania. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent. Had 2 pizzas and a salad delivered and it was excellent. Definitely recommend!

I love this place! The manager gets my order right every time! I truly appreciate their hard work I highly recommend this place
