Southport Sharks Frenzy Food Court

Great place for families with children. I only had a plate of roasted meat and vegetables, so it may have been a bit pricey for that. However, if you have a big appetite, this is a good place to go. There are plenty of options on the menu, including pasta, pizza, Asian cuisine, and a variety of roasted meats and vegetables. They offer unlimited soft drinks and desserts as well.

We used to frequent this restaurant before the pandemic, but decided to give it another try due to its great venue. Unfortunately, we were disappointed once again. I ordered the Beef Thai Salad, a dish I typically enjoy when dining out, but it was neither presented as expected nor was overly spicy. The other four people in my party also had complaints about their meals. Not only were the dishes unsatisfactory, but the prices were exorbitant. Although the venue is impressive, the high prices for subpar meals are a letdown. We will not be returning to eat here again.

Went to Sharks last night for dinner at the buffet. The food was awful! Will never eat there again. Even the dessert was gross! Apart from being Luke warm,at best, the food tasted like I would imagine if it had been sitting there for a week. Yuk! No wonder there were not many people eating at the buffet because no one would come back after eating there once. Ace it up Sharks! How embarrassing for Gold Coasters when visitors go to Sharks to eat. BAAAAFFF!

Couldn't bring ourselves to pay nearly $75 for a buffet at the Star, so looked at alternatives. Found a great restaurant in the Sharks club with Frenzy's! Such a huge buffet that we couldn't get through all the mains, though we tried. Selections included Indian, Thai and Roasts as well as a huge selection of starters and desserts. All for only $36.50!! Excellent location, quality food and great service. We didn't wait long enough, but there's entertainment on over week-ends and a Blue band was just setting up as we left! Adbvisable to book in advance, though massive seating area. Must be very popluar!

I was not impressed, there was a large variety of fatty food like sausages and bacon, very little healthy cereals, fresh fruit. Limited types of breads. It was very costly considering I only wanted a continental breakfast.
