I do not need to be informed by the insurance company about possible environmental damage when I ask for a plastic straw. or are told by the cashier how to drink a big young from the dose. the same passion and care should be brought to the expression of those who buy cigarettes from their business. I thought that would stop after you rebuilt your plant. I guess not.

Why is the bread always SO hard, I could break through my car window with it. It's like chewing on a shoe, I think I might break a tooth! Normally I wouldn't say anything but this is like the 3rd time I've gotten a sandwich that I could barely eat. FIFO, rotate your bread and throw the old stuff away. On a second note the staff has always been very friendly and nice.

Late night staff horrible especially, the “shift supervisor”.
