Bonchon Chicken South Riding, Va

First time Ordering from this location, I ordered curbside I got there and called to bring the food outside, called 5 times and waited to see if someone would come out with food and no one came out, I went inside and they gave me my food I only have 30min for lunch and went back to my office and when I get there they forgot extra side I order and the sauces I paid for it . and I called back but they didn't answered Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch

Super tasty food and a nice staff. I typically pick up lunch there when I'm at work and eat back at my office, but if I had to option to stay and dine in, I would.

The food is the same amazing food. The service and atmosphere does need to improve a lot. The gentlemen working on Saturday (5/27) need a lot of customer service training. Train Robbin too! I have been to a lot of the Bonchons in the DMV area and this is by far the worse. Stay away if you are going to eat in and order carry out. I'm not even sure what to say, except, if you have not tried Bonchon wings...what are you waiting for??? The are exceptional. Not sure how they do it, but WOW! The rest of the menu is well done as well, but honestly we go for the Soy-Garlic wings.
