Immersed for a cake a pint after a day in bath. easy over the road from the railway station with great food and beer and friendly and friendly staff and local accessible

Beautiful, friendly staff and they had a delicious vegan option that was a beautiful surprise.

This appears likely to have been a former railway pub being a big, solid slightly old fashioned looking place opposite the station. But to their credit they do a good lunch 'deal '. Had a couple of toasted steak sandwiches +salad, excellent hot chips , and a pint of bitter for about a tenner. OK, service wasn 't snappy, but staff are friendly and it was out of the rain.
