Evans was excellent in every aspect of a company. from the time we left to the last. the owners were the hands on and all the employees detailed. Eating was great. a quiet atmosphere. they would be going back.

This is a complete dining experience. I felt special throughout the evening. Food has outstanding flavor and presentation. Highly recommend for a quiet evening.

I'm making a bold claim, and standing by it 100%: Evan's has the best food in all of Tahoe. Yes, it's expensive, and yes, it's gourmet. You will not find higher quality food or better flavors than what they serve. It's truly an amazing restaurant!

It's so nice to find a jewel like Evans in Lake Tahoe! Quint, small and DELICOUS!!! I haven't been in Tahoe for years, but the food here was one of the high lights of my trip. I had the special Halibut with wild rice vegetables, butter salad first, served with freshly baked sour dough. Treat as cook, duck liver pate served with crustinis. My friends ordered the duck and pork chop dinners nothing left on their plates! Desert, homemade Rasberry ice cream, Choc cream brulé served with berries served with a raspberry sauce reservations are a must, so plan ahead.
