Dunkin' - South Holland

This is an excellent Dunkin location! Bagels were fresh, coffee was strong! Only a girl works this, but she was fast and precise. Definitely recommend this location!

It is a great place they are very fast and they do good service all the time, even I m visit so many time these dunkin they give us fresh and smooth products thanks to for your job and everything

They restructured the app and now I can't even figure out how to get my earned coffee it's all messed up now

Was given wrong product and was refused a refund or exchange, even though it was the fault of the younger male that works there. 1st visit definitely my last visit to this location.

I decided to go inside to get gift cards because it was the closest location to me at the time. When I walked in I was surprised at how large it was and how unkempt it looked. It 's so drab in there and they had donuts in trays just sitting on the countersUNCOVERED where ppl are standing over them. I knew I would NEVER be ordering food from there. I did proceed with the purchaseoff the gift cards because they can be used at any location, but they didn 't even have the sleeves giftcards go into, so insteadof spending couple hundred for employee appreciation) I spent 25 and decided to purchase additional card elsewhere. Lastly Ifeel that there should be at least 1 employee that speaks and understands English clearly. I hate to keep saying ...can yourepeat that , or excuse me and vice versa it becomes a bit frustrating. However all should have an opportunity at the AmericanDream . Will not be a future customer.
