Chipotle Mexican Grill - South Holland

I'm so tired of various people who say they can't spend cilantro. it's ridiculous. I could see if they all say that, but no. different people in several stores.

I wanted to get extra more rice, I refused to pay extra rice and went out. I then went to panda express and asked for extra rice and they didn't charge me extra. I spent $30 on panda express. Welcome to chipotle.

Left a whole bay leaf in my bowl which is dangerous.Please train your staff to remove the bay leaf and to be friendly.

I normally have a good experience at this location, but today I walked in around 4:20 pm, the first thing I noticed employee with a nasty attitude. Very rude!!; I did not like the way he prepared my dish. The appearance of the food was disgusting. Old food, empty food bins, it was terrible. Never again

Not understanding why EVERY TIME I come here they don’t have everything. If you saw fajitas getting low, why not start a new batch. It’s common sense. “We’re out of fajitas the associate says” I ask how long until they’re ready. His reply “ we haven’t even starting making any. I told him I’d be back later he says hold on let me put your some on the grill. He literally stopped making my bowl to put fajitas on the grill and not enough to sustain he only put enough for my bowl. All the other associates played in the back of the store. Whose running this place. There is Always an issue and it’s getting ridiculous.
