Ihop - South Greensburg

Sat there for about an hour with hardly any other customers there waiting for our order that we ended up getting to go and took another 20 minutes, only one person there to sit people and take orders plus acting as a busser/server. Only good thing was we got the meal for free after waiting so long.

Run down. Old smelled horrible. Waited as 2 people that came in after were seated before us then online orders were filled then we were seated. 100bill an they couldn't make the breakfast food good at all. Eggs tasted bad an the hashbrowns were HORRIBLE. They were thrown on the grill flipped then flipped an on the plate. Literally burned flipped then burned again. They did this 3 times. To my 2 orders of them an to my daughters. It was just an overall horrible experience an we wont be back anytime soon. An yes waitress... shouldn't of got a tip she did nothing. Not bussing of the dishes an yo top it off my silverwear had food on it still. She looked at me stupidly when I asked for new sets

The service was pretty terrible but I could get past that without writing a review. The thing that I can't get past is the entire hour we were there they played nothing but infomercials for a vacuum robot over the speaker system it was super weird they didn't play any music at all. If I could give zero stars for atmosphere I would.

Service was excellent,our server was great and the food was amazing!! We will definitely be stopping back when we are back in Greensburg!!

New meaty cheesy omlete was scanty. I was like, where is the rest of it. The server was polite and overwhelmed by the back of teens that came in. Besides the portion size of the omlete, it tasted great! The restaurant was clean well lite nice atmosphere.
