Wild Crab - South Bend

The food is delicious and the bartender is excellent, but the management needs to be replaced! We tried to sit at the bar and were told we couldn't because another party was already seated there. Despite stating multiple times that we wanted to sit at the bar, we were not accommodated until the bartender intervened and asked the manager to allow us to sit there. The situation escalated and the manager called security and the police. As paying customers, we should not have been treated in such a manner. The manager should focus on making the customers, servers, and staff happy to ensure they keep coming back. Success lies in positive interactions and customer satisfaction.

This restaurant has excellent service. Our waiter was friendly and professional, ensuring that we had everything we needed. I highly recommend this place for a great dining experience.

My dad and I ate here today! our bartender/ server,(SoSo) was S0 S0 awesome ?? She was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed We ordered king crab, shrimp cocktail and fried pickles. The food did not disappoint!??????? I Am So Satisfied after eating here?

This place actually exceeded my expectation as far as taste! Service was decent, but I have had better. I though $245 for 3 people, no alcohol, was a bit pricey. But that's what I get for ordering market price items without asking what the market price was that day. The King Crab Legs were delicious and the Cajun Spice Medium is the way to go. Hot Cajun would have been too much. The oysters on the half shell were decent, especially for being in Indiana. I would definitely recommend the experience for all you seafood boil people. I will be back for sure.
