Wendy's - South Bend

We happened to be in South Bend on 1/21/22 it was a Friday about 6 pm we pulled into the Wendy’s to get dinner. There were no other cars in line and I had a large order for our family of 5. I placed my order and everything seemed fine and so I pulled around to the window and paid and the young lady at the window handed me a cup carrier with 4 drinks, a kids size coke 2 small coke and a sprite even though I had ordered 2 small sprite and there was no medium coke and I told her I needed a medium coke and she said ok, took my card and ran it and then asked me to pull forward and they would bring our food, I said I still need a medium coke and she told me she said “ I heard you the first time” and shut the window so we pulled up and waited and when she brought the food she had it all stuffed into one bag and handed it to me and of course I said I still need a medium coke and she kind of stomped away to get it which took her a while and while she was gone I gave out the food to make sure we had everything and we were short a medium fry . When she brought the medium drink out I told her I was short a medium fry and she said “ NO SIR your food was all in the bag” and walked back inside so I waited and thought no it’s not worth it , so I pulled over to the side and WOW my medium coke was actually a Dr Pepper. I’m not sure what I had done to **** her off but she was not going to get MY meal right for some reason, so the next time I’m in the area I will NOT be stopping at this Wendy’s! And by the way my youngest had ordered a kid’s meal that should have been bagged separately and the receipt said toy which we didn’t get and I was not going to say that out loud.

Stopped in on a Wednesday night. Half of the menu was crossed out. Over half the soft drinks were unavailable. Ordered 3 items....2/3 were made incorrectly and all 3 cheeseburgers were cold and mushy. The frosty machine wasn't working but we weren't told that until after paying. Also, the bathroom was gross and not clean. Real disappointing and frustrating experience.

Wendy worst’s ever! for lunch the staff sat in the cabins that was on the front counter on the phone in the bathroom. when she was done, they didn't even wash the hands. the personal was loud and rude that we went without order. dirty eclectic bathroom and dining area. would never recommend it!

I called to inform them about the things that are not included in my order, but I got a record that they were on the other line and called back later. So here I am. I ordered an apple pecan salad, and it came without the pecans, and without the blue cheese. for the price I expect these things or a statement and discount if they are not available.
