Culver's - South Bend

Went through drive through, a couple of items were missing and we received a wrong drink. However, it was made right once we let them know, and they quickly made it right for us. No fuss.

Very clean. One burger was wrong and they apologized, provided a corrected version of the burger and was told to keep the wrong one as well. Had a chocolate malt, the taste was great but the straw was extremely small and almost impossible to drink a malt from. The temperature inside the restaurant was very cold and caused my fries to be extremely cold extremely fast. Overall it was a good dining experience with a very polite staff, fast service, and good food.

Wife and I both got burger baskets. The advertising says your order is prepared fresh. Both our burgers were so old and cold. They were dark brown all the way Through and crumbly,like there were on a plate for hours after being way over cooked. They were so cold they didn't even melt the cheese they were in contact with. I will say after contacting someone they replaced the order that was only slightly better.. don't see the fascination with this restaurant. On top of that it it a very messy place .. for all the employees on staff you would think it would be better taken care of. Won't be back

Wait in the drive thru was pretty long, and my melt was burnt. I'm all about crispy burger edges, but this was excessive.

Waited 30 minutes for and no food owner said no order in system. My husband got a text within 1 minute that card was ran . Had to come back after a doctor appointment to get refund and were almost late to appointment. He was to eat before hand and could not as no time to go else were
