Brooks Ranch - Sonora

I ordered the peanut butter banana waffles, and my boyfriend got the chicken-fried steak. Both dishes were great, and the waiter was nice. The water was good, but not as delicious as the one at the Bachcaféplatz above the highway—I can't remember the exact name of the place. However, the water there was amazing! The waitress reminded me of Al Pacino's wife from the movie "Heat," with a flower in her hair, and she was really sweet.

The food was decent, and I gave it 4 stars mainly because of the service. I realize it’s more of a local spot, and many residents frequent it. I just wish the service had been a bit better; everything arrived on time, and the apple cinnamon waffle was absolutely fantastic. Perhaps next time the waitress will smile, and I’d be happy to give it 5 stars!

We had a fantastic breakfast experience! The portions were generous, and the service was outstanding. The place was spotless and very family-friendly. We enjoyed delicious Chicken Fried Steak and New York steak with eggs, accompanied by endless coffee refills. The atmosphere felt spacious, despite the number of guests, and we appreciated the numerous booths for seating. Plus, there’s ample parking available. Highly recommend!
