Dunkin Donuts - Somersworth

Review of one star is applicable for all times of day. Coffee is usually still good tho if you?re ordering iced. Don?t bother ordering food, hope this helps!

They obviously don't know how to handle customers and uber as well as door dash. They should just choose one or the other because waiting an hour for 2 sandwiches is ridiculous! Plus the employees are very rude!

Some of the workers are rude the older lady with blonde hair that works drive-thru seems miserable with her job. Shes rude and always messes up my order. After waiting 20 mins you think the order would be right.

If I could give a half star I would but I whent throw the drive throw today an got 2 bagels toasted with extra cream cheese on side an a meadu ice coffee an my drink was made wrong no cold brew an no exspresso my beagles were not toasted an only 1 creamcheese on the side this is the reason I've stop going to Dunkin's awhile ago use to be a daily coster not anymore my order isalways wrong !!!!!

The employees are rude and don't know how to work as a team. I ordered two sandwiches and a coffee 20 minutes later finally got my order. There was one employee that all she did was walk around instead of helping. If I was management and they are seriousabout their business I'd either get rid of everyone or retrain them how to properly work and not be rude.
