Always so friendly! and the female manager on Thursdays was just amazing. I had forgotten to get some cookies with my order and I had asked to add it but it turns out she couldn?t take money at the pickup window so she offered to cover it herself. Tried to pay her with cash and she still wouldn?t take it. Top notch service she could?ve easily just told me to go back around but she chose a simple act of kindness. Made my whole day.
Great food, everything was hot. The staff doesn't seem to communicate well with each other to work as a team vs individuals so our order was wrong on many levels. The staff was very nice and quickly fixed the issues. I love that this location has outdoor seating with umbrellas. I wish the location near me had that. They could use some tall bushes to separate the eating area from the drive through though.
One of the better Chik-Fil-A's in the area. Food and service and both consistently good. Only complaints I have is sometimes on larger orders they miss a lot of the condiments/sauces. But otherwise the orders are always complete food wise.
I placed a catering order to feed 9 people for a company meeting in Solon, OH. The Solon location took the order promptly. However, on the day of the delivery, salads had no dressing, and wraps had no dressing. When I called the location to ask for these items to be delivered no one answered. I called 6 times. I then called the catering line twice. The first time, the man I spoke to said I had to hang up and call the location even though I told him I had called 6 times prior. The second time I called the catering line.. the man said he would transfer me directly to them. Before confirming the call actually transferred he hung up... the call never transferred. I had 3 people out of 9 not able to eat their food because the proper items were not accessible at delivery. The delivery person did not confirm everything was there and simply left the receipt on the table and walked out. My company will never order from chick-fil-a again. A company should be able to right their wrongs, promptly.
