Unprofessional staff, be careful what you order because they will charge you with prices that are not in the menu, pay extreme attention to your check.

Good, solid food, good, solid, friendly service. the kind of place you don't go to for fine dining or to impress the boss, but once a week, because the food and the people are great. We love it and it's very popular.

We were taken to this restaurant whilst on a business trip near Dusseldorf for a bite to eat. The ambiance and décor of the interior was old and rustic with a quaint Italian charm. We were greeted by the owner as he tries to welcome...all newcomers to the restaurant and being the middle of the day and the place was about full. The menu was comprehensive and we were guided through the dishes with the main priority being that if we had an idea of what we wanted, it would be prepared for us. There was four of us in the party and we shared a combo starter of Italian delights whilst waiting for the main course. The fish is fresh rather than frozen and arrived on the plate smelling of the coast it was caught. It was truly amazing. I opted for a traditional Italian bolognaise (when in Rome which was superb and in traditional Italian style was nearly too much for one person, but we found room. Note to diary ask for extra napkins otherwise you risk sauce stains on shirt!! We weren't hurried nor were we burdened with the presence of the waiter, but when we needed further beverages they were quick and attentive to satisfy our needs. If I'm in the area again I would return, there's enough selection on the menu to never have the same dish twice. It's a shame Mamma Rosa is so far away.

This was our second visit in this restaurant, the food is okay, but one of the persons working there is not very nice trying to get to private with the customers and was very rude to me and do to that person we will not...go there again. The food taste good and the place looks okay but the atsmofere was not after our tast

I've known this local for a long time. I can't forget fine cheeky, cordial and professional treatment.Italians say "si è quello che si mangia". you're what you eat.
