Barbacoa El Ganado - Socorro

The burritos here are fantastic! My favorite is the huevo con chorizo, which is delicious. The barbacoa is also excellent, especially with the spicy sauce.

The staff was friendly, and the menudo was decent. The horchata was delicious. I drove quite a distance to visit this place, and if it were closer to my home, I would likely return for another meal.

I had a disappointing experience at this small restaurant. I advise against going on a Sunday unless you order takeout. The place has only about five tables, and it seemed like people were willing to wait until they could squeeze in, but we decided to leave after waiting 15 minutes. The food looked fantastic, so if you're willing to persevere for a table, it might be worth it. However, I wouldn't recommend it for groups larger than two. The hostess mentioned she would check on us but never returned, and those who wanted to dine ended up sitting at tables.

The barbacoa is one of the best! and the Menudo canton leaves the one really good and it is really the beat!

Excellent service and food...mason jar aguas frescas are excellent as well...
