I ordered contactless delivery since it was nighttime and my 2 year old son and I were home alone, the driver calls me to tell me to come outside. Why have that option if they are still going to call you.My wings were tilted over and the sauce was spilled all over the bag, my son’s pizza had a small black wavy hair in it and it wasn’t his he has very light brown long straight hair.I called to get a refund since we didn’t eat the pizza and wasn’t compensated at all. So never will be ordering from here again.

Placed an order on app. Right when I pushed submit app closes without warning. So I called to confirm if order went thru. Well all I get is advertising and was on hold for over 8 minutes. Finally I gave up called back same thing. About 2 hrs later I get a call from them. Guess what it was an automated voice. So I just hanged up.Think it was better when they had an actual person answer the phone even if they would put you on hold. Never ordering from pizza hut again.

When I was eating the pizza i found a black hair in the middle and was so nasty , i have red hair and it definitely wasnt mine
